Parkrun is a free 5km timed run (or walk!) which takes place every Saturday across the world. Alumni are welcome to join this run which starts at 9:30am and takes place in Séan Moore Park, Sandymount. All levels including walkers are welcome, if you would like to take part please indicate below, and RCSI's Gym Team will be in touch to share details with you closer to the event.
